Help! Lucious Sanders, a recreational center located at 2484 Bruce Street, Lithonia, GA, may be closing soon. I've gone there my entire life and had a wonderful time. I played basketball, football, went swimming, went on field trips, and participated in talent shows. I also met a lot of good people there. The staff are nice, and a lot of the people I met there my first year, continued to go there and are still my friends. They have affordable after school care and summer camp for ages 5-15. If you know anyone with a child between the ages of 5 and 15, please tell them about Lucious Sanders. Email me for more information.
Also at Lucious Sanders, there's also a the opportunity for kids to learn about and participate in theater. Act-N-Up Youth Theater, comes by every Tuesday after school to the recreational center and teach improvisation, character study, movement, and scene study to kids. They also work on and practice plays which they show to people in the community. Three of my friends have been in it for about six years and they enjoy it a lot. The kids go to the movies, appear on local radio stations, and once even made a commercial with Comcast.
Videogames
Call of Duty: Black Ops. It's one of the best videogame ever. It's rated M for mature, because of the gore and language, but it's very realistic and the graphics are awesome. You can earn money fighting zombies and play against your friends! You should get it! Now!
